We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Customer service was great, and the rooms were beautiful just like the extravagant lobby when you enter. We didnt spend much time at the actual hotel as we wanted to enjoy beirut to the fullest, and the hotel was the perfect location.

My first choice for any stay in Hamra. The location is excellent for someone planning to stay near to the American University of Beirut campus or any of the tens of cultural spots that are only a five minutes drive away. The service is excellent and the cleanliness is impecable. It has a fairly acceptable Sushi bar but the room service is not too bad. In any case I was never frowned upon if I decided to get my dinner from any of the tens of good resturaunts that are walking distance in Hamra.

There's a new and very clean Spa on the seventh floor which offers different massage packages but the real advantage is that it offers steam baths or sauna sessions on an hourly basis if you like in 15 minutes incraments.
