Stayed here for 2 days for a medical meeting..
The experience was amazing.. haven't even been a meeting or conference room this elegant and well organized..
A great service and hospitality in a huge complex..
The food is good with a wild variety from chicken to steak to seafood..
Having a beautiful view at the bay.

I was there as a participant of a MakeSense conference. I must admit one of the best high tea and salad bar in beirut. Hospitality of management is such an added value to this place which in itself is a historical landmark and symbol of resilience.

One of the best hotel in Lebanon..
Prime location in nearly City and beach..
Parking space good.. Security good..
Food quality tastes and service also good..
The hotel is very nice and full of rich history. The bathrooms are large, many rooms have views of the bay, and the building has one of the oldest elevators still in operation. There are many shops in the hotel and nearby, so it's also just a great place to hang out, even if you're not staying overnight..

Splendid hotel in a superb location in Beirut. Glamour and elegance abound. The lobby is huge and beautifully decorated. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms and magnificently appointed. This is a 5 star hotel in every respect.

I visited the hotel for a dinner in mosaic restaurant amd it Was sea food night!!
According to the service not good as it should be in a five stars place the waiters should be more professional and more easy when talking to customers.
The food was cold not fresh and prepared with no flavors.
The place and the ambiance is good but need some renovations.
Good overall but talking to five star standards it not meet my expectations

Always the team makes it feel home. knowing you by your name by the time you step in the club lounge. A real luxury hotel with a taste of relaxation.
Breakfast is a big woow and the selection is massive I would call it one of the best breakfast I have seen.
Spa, indoor pool and outdoor pool are great places to go for when you need to charge your mood and muscles.
The Club Lounge is the place for meetings and even catching up a private time away. The evening dinner in the lounge is done with daily menu presented by the chef. A very personalized service.
