Good service, exelent breakfast ,nice room, very service minded personal.
Was here for a meeting. Very well equipped rooms, professional staff and DELICIOUS food
Nice location but most of the staff lack customer service experience. The service is not consistent across all the departments and even across the touch points within the same departments. Won't visit again. Be Aware construction is taking place at the third floor. Ask for a room far from the noise unless you want a wake-up call by 7.30 in the morning.. the drill will be the alarm!
The front desk team members are not experienced enough to provide solutions pre-check-in and during the stay.. I am not sure why they assign a room just above the construction area.. knowing that they start working as early as 7.30 in the morning. It was a horrible experience however i might admit that some staff members are over helpful and friendly.. in general, the team misses the final touch..
Well i had my engagement party there, they were flexible with the menu and our requests.
Very friendly and helpful staff..according to my guests the food was perfect, and the waiters were always ready for their requests. Overall i really loved itand the golden room is really special
It's a famous big Hotel at Hamra street Beirut. Have Restaurants a big rooms to have a nice sleep .
Elegant and classy hotel renewed with all modern standards and facilities in the rooms and common areas. Delicious breakfast and at a walking distance to Hamra commercial street. Highly recommendable.
This five star hotel is considered one of the most luxurious hotels in the capital. It is located in the "Snawbra" area very close to the famous Hamra area as well as to Verdun upscale street in Beirut. Although, it doesn't have much nice view, but it offer all the hotel service facilities, as well as the delicious food in their internal restaurants. Private parties and weddings are held throughout the year.
Cause place good for accommodation with less activities. Located in good place
Charming hotel, with long history. The bed however did not feel very comfortable. Ask for a room that has its window facing an inside court. Otherwise, the isolation is not very good and the street is too noisy even in the middle of the night. I liked the breakfast which is served in a restaurant that is a separate shop at the same time. The breakfast is a buffet with good choice. Several French pasteries are served. There is also a good healthy corner with good choice.
Formerly prestigious hotel in the center of Beirut. Great location, nice staff, decent rooms. Sans plus.
Great experience if your thinking about having a corporate lunch or dinner.
The Hotel shouldn’t be classified more than 3 stars. The breakfast was below average, and the bar for example closes at 10pm which is too early for a bar to close at that time. All in all was not so bad, and fairly clean, but this should be the default minimum requirements for a hotel rated as 5 stars.
Very nice choice, very good service
Good and high quality service
Nice room. Nice hotel. Some electrical Gremlins. House keeping would forget to replace towels or soap after daily room cleaning.
Recently renovated. Central location.
4 stare hotel in the middle of Beirut, near to hamra and vardan
Very nice. I really like the piano there
Renovated to impress; try the Sunday buffet, it's a must!
As I am an old "hag", the new look has reduced the value of the Hotel while making it up-to-date.
Maybe I am a stick in the mud, but Le Bristol of Old was a Grand Hotel
:-( Sad
