Hello. I would like to write a review about CMC.
Today i have a surgery, i came in to the hospital very stressed out and scared. However, i am truly relaxed and feel so happy to be here because of the welcoming atmosphere of the nurses. I really loved the joyful, caring, motherly, and very respectful welcoming of Mrs. Mayada on the 9th floor. She really is a very nice person. She made me and my mother feel like we’re safe to be here, she treated us like family with utmost respect and care. I am truly blessed to have her take care of me. Her good energy brings you a good vibe. She deserves the best! My mother once was a patient at the 6th floor in the ambassador suite. But i feel like in a 5 stars hotel being here. Im so happy to be here and i feel so safe. Im actually way more happier to be on the 9th floor than the 6th because the staff members are actually very nice and do a great job.

The hospital is modern and clean. We always heard good opinions about it until we had to admit our son (who was 3 months back then) to the emergency unit and they kept on delaying his entry until we were really disappointed and left. Sometimes it takes ages to get back your car from the valet so it is better to park outside

The place has everything you need and location is in Beirut. All good doctors and medical staff. They seem to be heading towards a good direction (close to aubmc standards). One issue is parking and another is that it is pricey.

Had a terrible experience with my family. Surgery date is very normal to be rescheduled multiple time and at a very short notice.
Last time of the multiple delays, the surgery is delayed because certain material is not available and the purchase department easily says it will take up to one month to get it to Lebanon, because they don't want to bother and make a special order on one item only !!!!!
How was the surgery scheduled in the first place and the material was not available, and why was the appointment confirmed??
Has no sense of compassion and urgency with the patient.
