  After one day the owner greets every single guest with their name. Really friendly, good wifi, good breakfast and cheap but still good rooms. Only their bus tickets are way more expensive than in the other places around

  Great time at Vang Vieng rock. Really good vibe and lots of friendly backpackers. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Owner and staff really care too, even remembering your name.
  
  Included breakfast is simple but is served quick. Pool table and bar area is a nice touch.

  We are a big group of 8 people. 7 of us lost a lot of money in this hostel.
  Some of us from the “free” lockers they give and the rest of the people from our room.
  We did read that a lot of people also lost things in the past.
  So be careful if you decide to go to this hostel.

  This place is fabulous, yes this is a youthful, party, adventure town, but all you'll find here is friendly professionalism. The atmosphere and owners are amazing, they can't do enough to help their guest, they remembered our names and even practiced their Spanish with my partner. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. They have loads of information about what to do and the best ways to do and see things. This help and support lasts beyond check out. I hope to come back and visit Abit

  First of all, let me start by saying that this is by far the cleanest hostel in Vang Vieng. They have cleaners in daily and they clean everything as well as change the sheets. The staff is incredibly helpful and they helped me out a lot when I I arrived without any Credit cards. Rock backpackers is also very safe and during my stay here I did not hear about any thefts. Although it is quite social and lively the rooms are quiet and cool enough during the day to rest in. The showers and bathrooms are also cleaned daily and work superbly. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Vang Vieng.

  Great location, not too noisy in the evening but still close to the center. Good communal area, with games a bar and staff that will help you book literally everything (within reason). Excellent hostel, the only letdown is the WiFi.

  This was without a doubt the most amazing hostel we've stayed at. Every member of staff was polite and helpful and friendly! The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the breakfast was lovely, the location was fantastic and everything was perfect. I would love to come back to Vang Vieng simply to stay at this hostel again.

  the two guys running it try to charge you extra in everything. not trustworthy people. place is well made though. I gave 10 clothes for laundry and got back 6.

  Hostel has a nice atmosphere, is close to the nightlife but is also quiet enough to get some good sleep. The breakfast is nice and its free just make sure you order it before 10 oclock. There are a few downsides as there is with most hostels, they need free drinking water as most others do. The Wi-Fi is bad and keeps going in and out. There was an ant nest next to my bed and i had them all over my bed, and the door squeaks so loud and wakes everyone up when someone comes in from a night out. Overall stay here if you want your home comforts like a hot shower, multiple toilets with paper and some night entertainment. The staff are really friendly too!

  Breakfast is included, staff is good, laundry for 10000 kips per kilo for the next evening, dorms are clean. I used the bathroom and the toilets on the second floor because they were cleaner (less people).
  A lot of guest are here to party, but it is actually very okay. I never heard them coming back from bars, so you can get good sleep.

  There's something off about this place. Maybe it's the cleaning lady, or a guest, but a lot of people had their stuff stolen from the room. The owner was friendly at first but then his questions became probing. How long are you going for where are you going. It felt unsafe and I've been to 100s of hostels. The rooms also smelled and the bathrooms weren't great. There's other places in the city that are better, stay at those.

  Located on Vangvieng main street, the hostel is nice with really friendly staff.
  Rooms are quite small but clean and new, as well as bathrooms.
  One thing that I didn't like is that the lockers are not in the rooms but in the common room, but I guess you could live with that for a few days

  Yaa the lobby is nice and there's a cool backpacker community but the toilet bowls are always full of piss and the dorm rooms turn into literal ovens at night since they only have fans. There are no locker or bedside table so you have to leave your stuff on the floor. Way too expensive for what it really is. Oh and wifi is awful.
