The hotel looked nice from the front desk. They offered us a room on the fourth floor but unfortunately the elevator was broken. Throughout the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and i realized why, as I saw a group of men walking down the stairs smoking. Apparently they allow that here, I was shocked. Also there were little to no lighting going up each floor.

Entering the room, it was pretty spacious with two twin beds and a big armoire. The only provide one sheet on the bed, and of course the sheet had a cigarette burn. One of the comforters were also dirty with brown stains.

The bathroom was pretty clean, but could use a little tidying up. What i did love and enjoy was the hot shower! I was not expecting that, and it was perfect on the rainy night we stayed. I did not want to leave the shower.

Overall, a beautiful place in a convenient place, but they could learn to clean a lot more.

This place was the only place in Laos during my visit ; They will hold your passport.. instead of making a copy only. Any where else in ASEAN countries will not do like this. Most workers did not understand Lao nor English. Location was great. Room service so so only.
