  Charming hotel that has seen some years already. Good service. Clean room. Normal rate. Just fine.

  Very dirty and had hot water only for two minutes. The rooms were full of dust.
  The towels were full of holes.
  Receptionist new a little bit of english but was nice.
  Location is good- right in the center and close to the place the minivans drop you off.
  Price is fine.

  Located near Phonsavan market, with restaurants and rental bike available within 500 meter radius. One of the most convenient accommodations in town.
  
  Good English speaking manager at the front desk will make you feel even comfortable by choosing White Orchid Guesthouse.
  Laundry, bus ticket can also be arranged without hassles.

  Pretty comfortable bed and the shower is HOT. I paid 80,000 kip for a one bed room with tv.
