  ชื่อวัดปากคาน เพราะตั้งอยู่บริเวณปากแม่น้ำคาน มีโบสถ์หลังเล็กๆที่เก่าและสวยงามสไตล์ลิมแบบไทลื้อ เป็นวัดเล็กๆไม่ใหญ่เลย ว่ากันว่าสร้างโดยเจ้าพระยาจันทร์เทพตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2280 พระประธานภายในโบสถ์สามารถเดินวนชมได้รอบด้าน

  วัดเก่าขนาดเล็กที่มีรูปแบบต่างจากวัดอื่น เพราะเป็นศิลปแบบพิเศษ ใช้เวลาเดินชมไม่มาก

  Le Vat Pak Khan (1727 et rénové début 20ème S.)
  Nom : Monastère de l’embouchure de la rivière Khan.
  Ce temple, situé à l'extrémité de la péninsule en face de la Maison du Patrimoine, est l’un des seuls temples de la ville qui n’a pas été (récemment) rénové, ce qui lui donne un charme et une authenticité que n’ont peut-être pas tous les temples de la ville.
  Thème récurrent des nagas (génies des eaux).
  D’architecture tout à fait singulière puisque d’inspiration Nord-Est Laos, ce temple abrite de nombreuses habitations pour les bonzes.
  
  Wat Pak Khan (1727 and renovated early 20th century)
  Name: Monastery of the mouth of the Khan River.
  This temple, located at the tip of the peninsula in front of the Heritage House, is one of the few temples in the city that has not been (recently) renovated, which gives it a charm and authenticity have perhaps not all the temples of the city.
  Recurring theme naga (water spirits).
  Architectural entirely unique since of Northeast Laos inspiration, this temple houses many homes for monks.

  Храм расположен в чудесном месте. Рядом с парком. Где можно встречать рассветы и смотреть закаты. Храм открыт с 8:00 до 20:00, ежедневно. А в 18:00 монахи молятся - красиво поют!
  
  Спасибо этому храму и молодым молодым монахам, которые меня приютили и накормили в течении 3 дней.
