Who wrote all the good reviews and why couldn't I have their room? The bathroom is sealed with cardboard and scotch tape so there is always at least a dozen mosquitos in there. Hallway noise, outside noise, singing noise reverberate through the tile. Bedsheets were stained. Windows do not properly close and lock. Agoda says the place was renovated in 2014 but that has to be a lie.

The kicker is that at 10pm I get a knock at the door and someone tries the handle. I open and the proprietor lets herself in while I'm in my underwear. No problem lady, I'm not shy. She turns on a mosquito killer machine and leaves. I'm fine for 5 minutes then start feeling sick. After looking online I find out this is basically a bug bomb. The sickness intensifies. I go outside for fresh air. Feeling better, I pack my bags to leave. Proprietor refuse to refund my 25 whole dollars in rent (15+10 in fees, what the heck, Agoda?). I leave the 5 dollar deposit I had to give at check in because maybe they'll use it on silicone sealant before the next sap checks in. Probably not though.

In short, noisy, dirty, musty, plagued with mosquitos, oh and you might get poisoned, 0 stars out of 5.

Cozy place with a lot of rooms with a different style and size, that makes easy to select one.Near the riverside and sunset view point.

I stayed in a dormitory at 50000 kip. All you can drink Chinese tea.

Big dormitory with single bed, big room and number of easy plugged point. Toilets are big, fair clean, only 1/2 are with hot water supply. Thereare place to wash your clothes with soap and hanging racks. Unlimited drinking water supply, free coffee/tea, fruits (depend; Mandarin oren during my stay), strong WiFi in all area except toilet. Owner are nice and helpful, man owner speak only Chinese.
