Save yourself and your money! This guesthouse is crooked and not worth your time! After booking three nights here we had to make changes to our travel itinerary a week prior to our arrival and canceled our reservation for which we were charged a outrageous fee. Afterwards when we finally did arrive in Luang Prabang a week later we discovered that we had still been charged for the nights we cancelled. We visited the guesthouse and politely confronted the owner about getting some of the charges refunded, he gave us some story about how he had lost money and that there was nothing we could do about the charges. Don't support this crooked business, as there are many worthy and credible guesthouses in Luang Prabang who do deserve your business.

Best affordable hotel we've stayed at in SE Asia. Comfy bed, AC in every room, and there's a shared balcony with a lovely view. Close to everything and literally across the way from a popular local bar (dont worry, it closes at 11pm so there's no noise late at night). The staff were very accommodating and even let us check in early after arriving on the sleeper bus since they happened to have an open room. They can book any of the sightseeing trips for you as well as any transportation you might need. We were very happy with our stay.

I highly recommend this hotel if you find a hotel in a convenient location.
좋은 위치에 있고 정말 싸요. 사장님이랑 드라이버 정말 최고..♡ 近くにバーやレストランがたくさんあり、本当に安いです。 Very reasonable price and nice staff, especially the driver Tong and the boss.

Really good value for money in Luang Prabang. Nice bathroom, friendly staff and inexpensive for double room with air con. We ended up moving to Moon's House as this place was booked up. Honestly, Moon's was better but about 50% more expensive.

Horrible, dishonest and sketchy hotel. AVOID, save your money and go elsewhere. I wish I could give this place zero stars. We booked for 5 nights, paid, and then the next morning were told we had to leave because the hotel was actually full, even though we had been told the opposite the previous day. The man at the desk laughed about it and we had no where to go, and they offered no help, kicking us out in the pouring rain. Years of traveling and I have never had an experience this bad. Do not stay here.
