This place is not bad. I guess you can call it Sunrise Guesthouse since you watch the sunrise instead of getting sun. The workers seem to not know much about travel in the area and some are less than friendly. The water is not very warm and sometimes doesn't work. Convenient location though.

WiFi was really bad, squatting toilet smells in the room, THE BED SHEETS ARE NOT CHANGED AFTER CHECK-OUT of previous guests (we saw it after our check-out - I raised my concerns to the 'cleaning' lady but she didn't understand or pretended so and we saw next guests checking in to our room, still with same sheets).
Great view and fair price though.

Do take your time to enjoy your balcony if you stay here. The view is amazing. Starting at 16:00 you'll be feeling the sun in your hammock. Sunrise Guesthouse has 50k, 80k and 120k rooms. The owner also has a second more quieter guesthouse, FYI.
Good points. They have mosquito nets, a somewhat warm shower in the 80k+ rooms, a real toilet placed upon a squat toilet in the 80k+ rooms. Owner speaks English well enough.
Bad points:
No wifi. Sinks only in the 120k+ rooms. Not on the sunny side of the bridge.

Stayed 2 nights but could have stayed more for sure. Great location, many restaurants and mini shops at your doorstep.
Clean room, good sized, 2 hammocks on the balcony for each room, nice views - except for the bungalows in front which blocks part of it but still nice. And much cheaper if you are happy with not using the AC and only the fan.

Nice place with hamac and nice view on the river and bridge. Only thing was wifi barely working and really noisy because the boats come around every hour and sound like small airplane

Petits bungalows sympas avec hamac confortable et chambre propre. Toilettes turques et pas de Wi-Fi dans le bungalow et relativement bruyant car juste à côté du pont.
L'atmosphère est agreable

This is a nice guest house with a very nice view. Only issue was wifi, not available in the room and they turn it off at 10:30 pm when the restaurant closes. Good to be disconnected if u like that

Voir pas du tout anglais j'ai payer 60 000khip pour 2 personnes ! C'était sympas mais ne vous attendez pas à voir le wifi dans les chambre ou de l'eau chaude ou encore de tomber sur un endroit classe .. c'est rustique et rudimentaire, en contrepartie le prix est avantageux et vous aurez un superbe vu sur le Nam hou et les montagnes au loin !

Une guest house tres correcte avec de jolie hutte en bamboo et une belle vue. Idéal pour les backpackers. 80 000 kips. Certains membres de la famille ne parle pas tres bien anglais.
