My favorite place to stay in all of Laos!! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options for food, beautiful views, eco lodges with incredible handmade details and friendly staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The view on the riverbank is gorgeous; the architecture, craftsmanship, and woodwork are to be commended; the food and drinks at the restaurant were some of if not the best I've had in SE Asia; and undoubtedly best of all was the service--so kind, courteous, and polite. I used to work at a remarkably fancy hotel's bar after college in the US; I would very much rather stay here than there. 5 stars! If 6 stars was a thing, this one would get 7.

Nice view , but I've found some spider webs in the bathroom and bedroom above the bed .

Staying at the Boat Landing was an out of the ordinary experience for me. The setting by the river is peaceful, relaxing. with an almost spiritual feel to it. A place to unwind and soak in the atmosphere of Luang Namtha. In practical terms, the facilities are modern, clean, easy to use and provide the essential wifi access, all housed in traditional Northern Laos style. I found the restaurant food unique, localised, fresh and served by experienced and warmhearted Luang Namtha cooks. Our Laos hosts offered us the best Laos hospitality - what i had hoped for in a country that was not my own.

Love this place. Big garden by the river with forest on the other side, lovely bungalows in traditional style so I could sit out on the balcony and dream about their excellent Lao food.

I fell in love with the place. Everyone here is like family. The garden is so lovely. There is no other place like this in Luang Namtha.

A very nice place to stay out of town. Very quiet with a relaxed atmosphere and an excellent restaurant. On the more expensive side of accommodation in the area, but worth it for the lovely setting and good service

The boat landing is actually on the other side of the main street, about 500 m down. Rooms are quoted in USD, so thats a sign its a place to avoid. Looked nice though.
