Go for the place, not for the food.
Interesting place to have a couple of drinks. I like the concept although it looks like a backpacker type of hangout as many others have said. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed lying down and having a drink.

This place is a youtubers and or backpackers dream. Very fashionable place with a unique style that suits the atmosphere. Lay down or sit a table and enjoy your meals watching the river. At night it's lit by candles and mood lighting. Only had drinks here so I can't say about the food. But overall it's the atmosphere your paying for. Everything else was so so.

Amazing garden with good views and a cozy atmosphere. The cocktails can be a bit hit/miss ranging from watery to very strong. They serve excellent pizza.

Haven't seen anything like this place in all my travels. It's motto should be "Come. Chill. Enjoy life. Order something if you want it. If not, just hang out." If you visit LP and miss this place at night, you've missed 50% of the city.

Nice place with lots of sofa cushions to sit on and music at night. However, this is a classical tourist trap. Food is ok but there are very few local dishes and the Lap Lao, the Laotian main dish they offer, is bland and tastes only like minced meat and coriander. You get way better food around the night market. All the rest is western food (burgers and stuff). The Singapore Sling I had was horrible, had nothing to do with the cocktail, even though others highly recommend it. All in all a nice place if you want to be among other tourists/backpackers, have some food from back home and cheap cocktails in both price and taste. But location is nice and staff is friendly.

Very cool bar! I went at night and there were lots of tables lit up beautifully with little paths leading between. I can imagine this bar would be excellent at sunset, with areas to lie down and watch the sky. Drink prices were above average but reasonable for the atmosphere!

Such a nice place to spend the hot hours of the afternoon. Bring a book and stay for the well priced beer and food. Fall asleep if you want, that’s what this place is here for. I’d definitely recommend putting an afternoon aside to come here and do nothing.

We stumbled across this place while on a bike ride back in 2010. It was stunning. A fantastic place to sit and look out on to the view. It really was utopia. I think they do some good parties at night as well and have a beach volley ball court!

A real chilled bar overlooking the river. Great service. I had chicken snack, it’s quite pricey considering the amount and tasted average. I heard, a friend said pizza is good. The place is quite large with many areas to preferences like river terrace with lying pillow, bar counter, tables. Location wise, it’s quite deep in a small alley but not that difficult to find.

The place is very cosy but the food is a bit pricey. And my sandwich had fungus on it so I had to return it. The made me a fresh one without a discussion. The homemade lemonade was nice. Coming again for drinks but not to eat here

Very popular bar, great decoration, super nice atmosphere and beautiful river view!
It has different areas to choose from and it is very chilled out. They also have screens showing sports.
Prices are reasonable, there is also happy hour and the service was good.
Oh! And I guess the only bar I have been that has it's own volleyball court which is a big plus in my opinion, just cool.
Went 3x and would definitely go back.

I really want to love this place, as the location is second to none with beautiful views of the river. However, absolutely horrendous management means I certainly won't be returning. Firstly, my order of one hamburger took 50 minutes to arrive, despite not even a quarter full restaurant. Most importantly however, is when the bill came, the waitress refused to accept a 10,000 bill due to a borderline unnoticeable 2cm tear in the bill. The bill was 100% intact, just torn a little. Then, instead of taking a 2000 kip loss because they refused to accept the bill, the manager decided to grab my wallet and try to rip it out of my hands. An absolute disgrace!

Nice location, quiet during the day. I was not there at night. Mostly western food. It was good though. Not the most comfortable seating. Good views. Nice staff.

I genuinely don't get the appeal. It's the style and cleanliness level of a backpacker joint, but it's priced just as high or higher than all the other places in town. The mats and tables were very dirty. The pizza was mediocre. The margarita I ordered was a small amount of tequila and pure lime juice in a martini glass. When I asked for sugar they were extremely rude that I'd ordered a margarita and it's supposed to sour. Yes, but not full on lime juice sour. It took 15 minutes and three people to get a box to take away my undercooked pizza.

I've been traveling Asia for months and I just don't get why this place is rated so highly.

Who wouldn't love this place! Came by during the day and it has such a nice atmosphere. Great music. The banana and coffee drink with cinnamon is amazing and the chips and salsa is alright, not the best. Salsa tastes more like pizza sauce? 🤔

Cool place to hang out and chill in the afternoon. Amazing view with plenty of mats to lounge in. A little pricey but worth it. I got the popular coffee banana booster and it was delicious!

Enjoy getting high. Banana booster coffee for 20,000 kip is amazing. 15,000 spirit and mixer is also a winner if you go early.

Beautiful spot with cushions on the floor for sitting and a great outdoor area. Drinks were yummy and food was great! I got the fish and chips which were so fresh and delicious.

Beautiful setting overlooking the river. All very laid back with great food. Well hidden but definitely worth seeking out. I've also heard that the music at night is excellent.

Not as much as people say. I came here for lunch. The place looked abandoned. Poor service. Food was ok. As it was lunch the place wasn't busy. Maybe when it's dark (and you can't see much) full of drunk people and so you are this place might be nice. During the day it's just below average. There are much better place to go in Luang Prabang.

Very nice atmosphere (a bit hippie like), mostly you sit on the ground on cushions and mattresses. It's really quiet but still a bit crowed during the day but in the evening it gets busy and loud. Most of the people who are going there are young travellers.
The prices are alright, the pizza was good and the view amazing!!

Great view of the river and a popular spot for travelers. Lots of mats and comfy rugs for floor seating and benches and chairs as well. People are super friendly. Set back down a winding path, volleyball court, and yoga. "Relaxing by day, groovy by night."

A good place to relax during a hot day. It's very comfy to lie on the floor mats next to the river. If you don't feel like relaxing you can play beach volleyball. In the evening it's super crowded, but if you want to party its a good place.

Great views and great service. This is a very popular spot with tourists and the prices reflect that but it is a really good place to spend some time and relax. We only stopped here for some appetizers and beer to enjoy the view during the day. Not sure if we'd be fans of the "groovy" nights they have here but the day time was calm and very enjoyable.
