Centrally located and far from the noise of the road. Parking area for bikes and cars. Rooms are clean, nice and well furnished. WiFi pretty fast! The value for money is the best I've found in town (it s my 2nd time here).

Do NOT buy bus tickets from here. They do not confirm your tickets with the bus company and so you will be left or refused a seat. Scheduled the 7:30am bus through the guesthouse and when we got to the station they told us it was full and that we would have to wait for the 12:30pm bus. Called the guesthouse and they said they would help but just lied to us about the bus leaving at 9, 10, 11, then 12 just to keep us from going back and getting our money back. Whether it is a problem with the bus company or the guesthouse, it’s obvious that this place is unable to be honest with their guests with the situation. Avoid. Just go to the bus station yourself, it’s 20k cheaper.

The rooms were fine, they smelled in the old building but the new building was good. Their showers are pretty bad though as they only have two options, burning hot or freezing cold, no in between.

Room and bathroom was very clean. It was located at the main strip of the town. Really close to night markets and cafes.

Ok guesthouse. Staff not very helpful. They said 'yes yes' to everything just to get us to book a room, although it turned out later that they had lied. Rooms are ok (some smell pretty bad, but just ask to see another one), location is great, but WiFi is pretty terrible.

Our room on the ground floor was awesome. Tidy and clean. Bathtub a bit rusty though but nothing serious. Wifi sucks thought. If you need stable WiFi to get some work fone just forget about it

Only managed to grab a room on the ground floor, as the guesthouse was almost fully occupied. Room was average, so the large open courtyard is a plus where you can hang out for a lazy afternoon. (Nov 2011)
