Very luxurious for Pakse. Great price at £30 a night. Not like the local area at all. we stayed here as a part of a tour. Usually we'd prefer the more rustic, authentic accommodation. If your looking for that don't stay here. Lovely roof top restaurant with great views. Clean and comfortable room. Great variety at breakfast.

Called in for happy hour. Staff not attentive. We were pointed to a table and then forgotten about. We hand to get up after waiting a while to get our own menus. Then after waiting another while ..still no server, we had to try and flag one down. Very irritating.. cocktails were grand 2for1 from 5 to 6

Restaurant 5/5 no doubt.
Truly the best food we had in Pakse. Don't remember what we had, but it was nothing less than amazing! And the view with sunset from the rooftop, perfect surroundings.
Hotel:
Great location in center of Pakse.
We had, I think one of the worst rooms in hotel with no windows (only 1 to the hall), but we stayed only 1 night short, so didn't care that much. Rooftop restaurant is a great place to dine and relax, this was the best part of hotel. Breakfast was quite alright, but we had to rush because of transportation.

The rooftop restaurant is fantastic - one of the few places in Laos employing professional chefs. We loved all our food and the sunset views are just spectacular. The hotel is a bit pricey, especially if you want a room with windows. On the other hand hotels in Laos are all more expensive than in Thailand. The rooms are clean and the service is professional and friendly.

All of staff are friendly, especially the doorman.

My room was with a inside window, but it was not a problem with me.

The room and bathroom is clean, but the shower was not hot. There was no hair dryer in room. I have to borrow it from the front desk.

Breakfast was good.

WiFi was average.

WiFi was slow as can be and kept cutting out. Breakfast was basic, didn't have any soy milk for the cereal!

Staff at desk were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in the middle of Pakse. Good location but doesn't really matter as there is not much to do in Pakse other than to use it as a base to go elsewhere in southern Laos.

They do have a good breakfast selection with cereals, fruit, etc. and a good rooftop restaurant with a great view of the Mekong and the mountains.

It's okay, the price is a bit high. Has breakfast to all guest. The building is kinda old as it's the first hotel in Pakse (I was been told that) make sure you check the room first as the room sometimes different even it's the same price.

Nice, somewhat colonial feel, hotel right in the center of old Pakse town. Local shops and markets within walking distance, the bus station just around the corner.
Best rooftop bar/restaurant in southern Laos with a wide variety of wines, cocktails and different beers, making it the perfect days end after exploring the Bolaven plateau, Wat Phou/Thomo Champasak, the Phapheng falls or the 4,000 islands. Happy Hour from 5 till 6 pm buy 1 - free 1. Great free WiFi for most mobile devices (5GHz) to get your days pics social as well.
Rooms are clean and provide all that is needed, great buffet breakfast and friendly staff.

We didn't stay in this hotel. However we were recommend this place for Buffet Breakfast. Very happy and satisfied. Will be staying here in the future.

depending on budget some pluses. 7th floor panoramic view of city and very good buffet breakfast. some rooms do not have outside view. so depends on room. location is good and for further travel depends where you want to go. nearer the VIP bus station. if that is what you are using.
