  Price bit to high for what it is, but its ok to stay, everthing works and nothing is broken and its not that dirty so thats already big plus. Staff friendly plus they can park your bike inside at night. (dont get me wrong it can be way cleaner and way cheaper to!) 6.5/10

  Gutes Hotel. Endlich mal wieder einen Kühlschrank . Klimaanlage funktioniert und man kann direkt vor Ort die Weiterfahrt organisieren. Besitzer sehr freundlich. Für den Preis alles bestens.

  I was sleeping at inner room with no window. Was quite and clean. Air-conditioning. The mattress wasn't the best one. One of the cheap places to stay at Pakse.

  Room are clean, confortable. There is english tv channel and hot shower. But I think you can find as confortable for cheaper in town.
  
  Also the big problem here is that the staff doesn't speak english at all ! I don't know why but I had to pay more the second night. Also I let them my laundry to wash it and paid them right away. The tomorrow when my laundry was ready, they asked me to pay again. I tried to explain to them for 15 minutes I already paid but no way to be understood So I paid again..
