Fabulous place to stay in Luang Prabang.
Wonderful breakfasts and staff.

Good value. Great location. Breakfast shouldn't be considered a breakfast, though. Room was clean and bathroom spacious. I'd choose it again.

Perfect location, relatively nice room unfortunately at 7am I got big cockroach landing on my bed, I went and asked if they can spray room cos there are roaches got shoulder shake (maybe they didn’t understand me) then another cockroach appeared on the carpet took photo of it showed to guy on reception- no reaction took my luggage and moved out :(

If you want:
1. To be ripped off by untrustworthy staff who will steal money from you
2. To feel unwelcome and as though every interaction with guests is an issue
3. An over priced, average room
4. To have mould projected out of the aircon as you sleep.Then this is the hotel for you!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, do yourself a favour and book elsewhere at one of the many hotels/guest houses there are in Luang Prabang as this definitely hindered our experience here.response / report this review -

This hotel stole our money, literally. They claimed we gave them a certain amount and tried to short change usby $10. Not a lot on our end but they claimed we were liars and all sorts when the room is $17p/n.
If we hadn't had our money stolen then the quality of the hotel would still be enough for 1 star. The staff are quite rude unless you have an easy request, the rooms are dirty - I'm taking mould in the bathroom, mould in the aircon (thus blown around the room), mould on the broken mattresses, the list could go on.
It's very noisy here as well, if you're on the ground floor the staff will walk past your room at any hour making whatever noise they feel necessary (spitting most common).
Do yourselves a favour and stay in the many other places on offer.response / report this review -

They lied about airport transfer. This is one of the few reasons why I booked to stay here and I even called before I arrived from my last hostel to VERIFY this and they said yes this is no problem just get transport to the guesthouse and they will reimburse me. Got their and they said it wasn't included. Therefore I won't mention much else about this guesthouse. Staff are not friendly and breakfast is 25k extra

Nice and quiet. Just behind the main road. Rooms are OK. Basic but complete. We did not book a breakfast.
I think the removed the cable from the WiFi router once in a while to use it for other purposes as the internet did not work always.response / report this review -

Clean and quiet.just a few steps from the busy road. 8 guestrooms - we stayed in the triple room - not too common in Luang Prabang. Our room included breakfast, which was convenient, but not stellar. Bicycles available for guests, and a nice little courtyard to relax in at the end of the day. Reception staff is helpful, but not outgoing. I like to think of it as shy, rather than unfriendly. :)

Very calm and nearby the night market and the main temples (walking distance). The staff is welcoming and helpful.
