Left about 1 hour ago. Nice place stayed in family room bedbugs might be a problem. Woke up covered in 200 odd bites. Air conditioning good and a self sustaining fridge. However we left when we rented 2 bicycles we parked them and came back to find the pedal was in the basket.Turns out the bicycle was really old and the pedal just broke off. So we came back and presented it to the owner.
She became angry very quickly and told us to pay 200.000kip otherwise she would call the police.
We said no, paid, still waiting for police and buggered off.response / report this review -

We had a great stay here. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice (shower separated from toilet!). There was AC and good wifi. There was a bit of a weird smell in the room but we would definitely recommend it! There was even a TV with a few English channels (CNN news and HBO movies). There is also free coffee and tea.

Everything was fine at first glance - owner was friendly and welcoming. But the moment we found bedbugs in the room, the atmosphere changed completely.. when asked for a refund the owner Got aggressive and demanded a lawyer present. Futhermore he didnt do anything about the bugs, besidde washing the sheets, which is fine but useless against Bedbugs. On top of that, there is a weird smell of damp and no Window, just a mosquito net covering a hole..really weird and NOT a clean place!!
