We arrive at kinnaly guesthouse on the 16th of march 2018 and was greeted by a very helpful young lady. Infact all the satff are very amazing..a welcomed drink and fruits are served while awaiting for the room to be ready..the room is very clean with huge bathroom completed with the amenities..you have to take off your shoes and place them downstairs and use the inhouse slipper istead..the location is very strategic to watch the monk passing by with their ritual everyday around 6am and 6pm..and all the city attraction is within walking distance..we stay here for 4days and 3nights and I'm happy to give them 5 star.

The staffs was kind and price is good.
But room and facilities are somewhat out of date.
There was a uncomfortable toilet smell surrounded in room whenever i came back to the hotel after the daily tour.response / report this review -

Freundliches sauberes Guesthouse in zentraler Lage
Ich war in der low season dort und habe für das Zimmer mit Frühstück 20 Euro bei Agoda bezahlt.
Das Zimmer hat aircon und fan, die man nachts beide kaum benötigt und einen Safe. Ein Kühls hrank fehlt leider.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Runter zum Mekong sind es ebenso 50 Meter wie hoch zur Hauptstraße.
Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.response / report this review -

Centrally located at the end of the night market in a side street it is pretty quiet here to stay. Some cars and motorcycles are noticeable through the surprising fact of missing glass in the window of the room, but that's about okay.
We had the room with a balcony, with wooden floor and wooden finishes on the sealing. Beside air conditioning and a ventilator in addition you can enjoy a rest from traveling.
The bathroom had a bit weired drain system where the shower water flows through the whole bath floor to the other side of the room and the shower holder was broken, but worked well for our four day stay.
The stuff has been very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and surroundings including help with tours.
Plenty of restaurants around the place and breakfast was included with a great range of food in a good quality. Wifi has been stable, but slow and a TV in the room gave some feeling of luxury.response / report this review -
