I stayed few nights at Silver Naga. My stay was awesome. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff keep a familiar atmosphere even is it is a really high class place. The breakfast is really delicious and really various. The best is the pool, where i could enjoy the sunset and the beautiful view over the karsts.

Amazing view on the Mekong. Big Hotel with swimming pool and happy hour cocktails. Big bedrooms with big vers. Only issue was with bathroom that where dirty very humide and ils. Need To be renovated

Only went for the pool, the view and a cocktail The happy hour cocktails were two for 1 but you had to get the in the same price range.. I tried ordering a more expensive cocktail with a cheaper and they wouldn't let me even tho I was happy to pay the higher price. The view is gorgeous but the infinity pool is far smaller and further away from the edge than what the pictures represent. In addition, the facilities such as the toilets are poor, which is concerning due to the high volume of people it serves.

The fact that the hotel is nice and located in a very good location cannot compensate for the clumsiness of the staff. We left 3 baggages in the morning before our check-in and the staff took them to the room with no lock and no bag tag or anything, there were another two golf bags. After we came back from a one day tour at around 5:30p, our bags were gone and we had to review the cctv to find out that a guide tour took our 3 bags with those golf bags and they were back in Vientiane already. We waited 3 hours to ensure that our bags would be properly handled back to Vang Vieng. During the time of our wait, there was just a word sorry and phone calls not properly taken to the point we have to ask every detail of the logistic. No compensation or any compliment (even a glass of water during 3 hours of our wait). The manager-in-charge who took care of us until she found it’s sufficient took off because her shift had ended (around 6:30p) and the guy after her did not even care to ensure how our bags will be shipped back but took off to dinner (while we were still waiting and had to make several calls ourselves)

If only the hotel told us “oh we were incapable of watching over your stuff”, we wouldn’t give it a try and trust you from the beginning and there should be some good feeling left for your hotel.

Oh finally we got our luggages back at 12:10a thanks to a hotel staff who waited at the bus terminal for us.

Amazing place to use their pool. Only 50,000kip (5£) and its an infitinity pool with no obstructions, free towel use lawn chairs and a bar to order drinks. Places with shade and usually quite few people there. Happy hour between 5 and 6

Pool accessible if you're not staying at the hotel - 50000 kip, so cheap for such an incredible view and beaut pool

One of the best hotel with great scenic views in Vangvieng. Clean rooms and nice staffs. All amenities included. Best pool view in Vangvieng. Check out the cute doggos in the lobby too.

Great spot overlooking the river with a spectacular view of the mountains. Great breakfast buffet with loads of healthy options. Loved the pool area and yoga classes offered as well. Also situated in the centre of town but you feel like you're in the countryside with that view. Would definitely reccomend others to stay!

Nice hotel :) The free buffet breakfast was fantastic---so many healthy options. The food was so fresh! It's in a convenient location (near restaurants, an ATM, and the Tubing Station). The sunset view with the cliffs and the river with local people basking in it, it was relaxing and we felt at home. It was a good experience! Highly recommend:)
