Stayed in a twin bed room. Toilet is very dirty, and no hot shower. Not recommended.

Very strategic location, they serve simple breakfast but their baguette is the best that I have eaten for my entire trip to Laos.

The hotel is very well located if you wish to be in the center of everything and few steps from the restaurants and tour agencies. Actually, we were afraid it would be noisy at night, but it turned out to be ok.
The Bedroom: it could be spacious if not for the unnecessary furniture on the way (big tv rack and old smelly wardrobe).
The little lamp on the wall does not illuminate strongly so it looked too dark. The mattress provides a good sleep and the linens are all right too. However, I constantly scratched myself at night on the bed (first time it happened in my SE Asia trip!). Air-con and fan work well.
The Bathroom: like many other places in SE Asia - it is poorly planned and the water runs along the wall to a hole in the corner. The toilet has a special place over a high step behind the door (the throne!). The really worst thing about it was that it stunk and doors needed be closed.
The wi-fi signal was TERRIBLE in the room but it did not work at the reception either. We have to sit on the restaurant across the street to have decent connection.
Another fact that I didn't like was that we paid the same price our friends did but their room on the 3rd floor was bigger and had a mini fridge - so, watch out for that.response / report this review -

아침부터 새벽까지 밖의 어느 가게에서 노래가 자꾸 들리고.
콘센트랑 침대랑 멀어서 충전기 꽂아놓고 핸드폰 하기가 힘들고
오ㅏ이파이가 심각하게 느림

臨櫃價15萬kip含早餐，空調..瓶裝水..冰箱電視收訊差，可以12萬kip不含早餐須視櫃檯人員而定，網路訂房可能更貴。
早餐普通，白天冷氣不冷浴廁水很髒深褐色，木製房門關不緊附近有餐廳油煙味會飄進房間，位於廢機場旁辦活動的話非常吵。response / report this review -

라오스 첫 번째 숙소. 방콕에 있다가 와서 호텔이 별로라고 생각했는데 라오스 숙소 중에서 제일 괜찮았더라구요. 잘 때 조용해요. 그리고 저희는 테라스가 있는 방이었는데 빨래가 바짝바짝 잘 말라요. 하지만 옆 호텔과 매우 가까워서 항상 조심했답니다.
