Danger. new owners (03/2018). they want to fool you. had been here 4 times before. was great. totally bad now. paid a bus trip to the 4000 islands. they did not know anything about paying afterwards. and said, tomorrow no bus drives, but you can take me by motorcycle. then made the booking for the bus trip without problems in another place.

Le Mékong donne à l'arrière du jardin donc pleins de moustique la bâtisse principale est la maison du propriétaire les chambres sont situées à l'arrière et sur le côté elles sont spartiates literie en mauvaise état le matelas ne sers à rien on sent les lattes propreté douteuse chaleur peu supportable pas de clim mais un vieux ventilola pire guesthouse depuis mon séjour

В ванной часто собираеться вода и очень долго потом стекает. Видно что проблема со сливом ванн в этом отеле большая. Но этот отельчик оказался самым дешевым из всех, что нам удалось обойти за два дня. Есть площадка со столиками. Можно готовить на улице, если у вас есть горелка, или развести костер.

Цена соответствует качеству. Самый дешёвый, что мы нашли в Паксе - 70.000 кип трехместный номер.

Cheap and clean place. There is a good view to the river. Free but very slow Wi-Fi, bathroom inside. Nothing special.
