Our room and shared bathroom was okay, but very worn. The water heater was only working in 1 of 2 showers on our floor and of course the lock was broken in the one warm shower. Breakfast was a bit boring and the staff was not smiling or helpful. The staircase had one loose step which was very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was as rated. Price seemed okay if the above issues not been there. Recommendable if you just need a place to crash for 1 night.

Bicycle friendly. Its really tough to find a place in Vientiane that has the wheel-in space to store your bike like the Vietnamese guesthouses. The rates starts at 50,000 for single shared toilet up to 120,000 for double with attached toilet. Took the 80,000 Kip double shared toilet room caz anything cheaper was full.
The room has the smell of the previous occupant, killed a few bedbugs and there were hairs all over the place. But it has free (but slow) internet and there's a place where you can dry your laundry. Clean toilets and there's an upstairs patio where you can chill and watch the world go. Very near to everything and its quiet at night.
