Luxury accommodation in the heart of Vientiane, situated between Wat Inpeng and Wat Ong Teu. Excellent restaurant, rooftop bar and spa. The only thing missing is a pool in which to enjoy the balmy Laotian evenings. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel and always full. 100 meter to Mekong coast. Customer service are very helpful. The hotel restaurant have great menu. I loved their French onion soup. Have street parking but limited.

I stayed one night and ate at the lounge. It was enough to see that this is a beautiful, extremely pleasant place to stay. It was also terrific value (even being in SE Asia I was impressed with how cheap the food was, considering the quality) and I'll definitely go back there if I find myself in Vientiane again.

Very friendly service. Clean room, nice breakfast included. Shuttle service to/from airport. We hired their van to take us out to Budda Park. We watched Songkran action from their rooftop bar. Visiting Vietianne then this is an excellent place to stay at a very good value for the money.

Really lovely hotel. The passionfruit juice welcome drink was such a refreshing welcome after our hot trip to town. The staff are very helpful and professional.
Room was really clean and modern and the bed was comfortable, especially compared to the hard ones that are standard around the region.
Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We have stayed here twice, the river view and family rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms. High point is having breakfast {and other meals} on the riverside.

The place is extremely clean and super cured. The ambient has a warm look thanks to the wooden furnitures. The staff is kind and sweet, always there to serve you with high level of politeness. The food was sublime, especially the mushroom soup! We went twice and I had the hamburger, good as well. The prices are just a little more expensive that the other restaurants but once in you will understand why :)

I went to the restaurant only. It is superlative. Try the mushrooms cream, excellent! Staff is super professional and friendly. Very centric and they paid lot of attention to details with furniture. Highly recommended.

Unpleasant experience

Being a Business Development Manager and a Guest Relation Supervisor in a hotel we both are quite easy going guests enjoying the simple things being off the job. Unfortunately we made a very unpleasant experience not having hot water for nearly 2 days and being treated in a way I would have never dare to treat my guests and I am happy we never do! After the first day I kindly asked with a smile to fix the cold water problem. The problem was fixed half a day later, in between nobody took care of it and after the second request somebody was so kind to do. For few hours everything was working fine but the same situation appears again in the evening. In the middle of the night we were "upgraded" to a higher category where the AC had to be fixed for another 20 minutes after we moved up. The suggestion was to move down again, into the room with the cold water. Making some jokes knowing this is really bad luck we took it with a smile again (at least they were trying) though it did not feel comfortable at all. The biggest surprise we had next day trying to extend. They were not able to give us the same room (still broken?) and tried to charge more for staying in the higher category (offering a 5 Dollar discount) though this was completely caused by the hotel. I would not have even dared to fully charge the guests for staying 2 days in a room without hot water, I did not insist on any kind of compensation though I could have easily done, since in fact the "product" was not delivered paying over 100USD per nightbut this was simply too much. We changed the hotel writing these lines now as we feel this has to be done for any kind of improvement!
As a colleague working in the same business I can only kindly ask you to review the way you care and treat your guests in such situations. It is an inappropriate and zero service orientated mindset you showed this time!

Cozy, top notch hotel with everything right in the center of Vientiane. Amazingly helpful, and always friendly staff. Take advantage of the airport shuttle, which ensures a very much worth it stress free arrival and departure.

Just 2 min walk to The Khong River and enjoy the sunset view. Love this hotel, very good location and excellent French food also International food. Friendly staffs and I surely return.
