A wonderful hideaway on a friendly farm. We stayed in the gorgeous quirky mud house, with balconies, a mud oven and hammock, our kids loved feeding and milking the goats. The food in the restaurant was great, just be wary of their mulberry wine, unless you're looking for a purgative cure!

Le cadre au bord de la rivière est vraiment très agréable. Les plats proposés cuisinés avec les legumes de la ferme comme le plateau de fromage de chèvre frais arrosé d'huile et d'herbes sont excellents. A découvrir pour ceux qui sont dans le coin de Vang Vieng.

Disappointing, absolutely not trustworthy
We came in the farm as Woofers to help in the farm. The farmer promised us that we would learn a lot and work in exchange for free accommodation and food. It turned out that he had lied to us from the beginning. After one week, we realized they were going to make us pay for everything. They invented crazy things to get more money out of us (that we used all the beds of the dormitory, didn't work enough although we did what we were told to and asked many times for more work,). In the end,they threatened us to call the police. So don't ever stop there for Woofing and even if you just want to eat at the restaurant, you should know what kind of people you're giving money to.

Nice Place, beautiful location next to the river. The more expensive options are probably great but I stayed in a dorm that was really basic. The distance to the center of vang vieng is good if u have a scooter or car, otherwise it's to far to walk and always taking a tuktuk is expensive again.
The food in the Restaurant is really good! It's totally worth a visit for the restaurant and to have a little look around the farm, where u can learn about the trees and other plants and check out the goat houseresponse / report this review
