Clean rooms, fair price and a great view from the balcony where they have chairs so you can enjoy the view. You can find some little animals inside the room like spiders or crickets but at the end, we are at the countryside!
The owners only speak some words of English.

It's a nice simple place. Double bed in one room for 50-70k. I liked the table outside to sit and read. The owner can't speak a lot of English and wifi is not the best.

Cheap place- lower floor 60,000, upper one is 70,000. Hot water comes and goes (at least it comes, compared to other places in Nong Khiaw). Big bed, normal toilet and there is a sink, wifi doesn't work (like most hostles in this town), nice view to the river.
In conclusion, for Nong Khiaw it is a good hostle, I think it's one of the best ones here. In general- not good 😅
No aircon, though it was cold here so it wasn't needed.response / report this review -

Nice guest house. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable. Good value for money : 50 000 kip for a double bed with private bathroom. Plus the restaurant just nearby makes good khao soy for only 10 000 kip !
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons payé 50 000 kip pour une chambre avec lit double et sdb privée. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Comfortable beds and relatively cheap when split between two people. Wifi doesn't work the best from the rooms though.

Vous pourrez trouver certainement moins cher à Nong Khiaw (nous avons payé 100 000k). La vue est cool. Les chambres sont bien et propres et l'embarcadère est juste en-dessous.

The room was okay, lots of ants everywhere. The water current was weak and unstable. WiFi was weak. The bed was good.
