Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is in a large room decorated like royalty and overlooking part the city. Staff are polite and helpful. Wifi works well. Swimming pool can be a popular refreshing activity.

Beautifull hotel in the middle of the city. After a short brief of what there is to in the city we directly received an upgrade to the junior suite. That's how you treat guests.

The hotel has a nice and clean swimming pool and a small gym. They speak English perfectly at the reception and are willingly to help you.

Friendly hotel in a good location. 10 minute drive by taxi from the airport into the heart of Vientiane. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful. Cosy place to stay at a reasonable price.

Originally scheduled to only stay here one night, I loved it so much I extended my stay here to 3 nights. It is very affordable. The rooms were spacious. The outdoor pool gives you a beautiful view of the local area. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options from American to Asian food. I had a bowl of pho and exotic fruits. The best part though was the well English spoken staffs they have working at the front desk. During the daytime, there was a young lady who spoke English fluently. At nighttime there was a gentlemen who some English pretty well also. This helped us a lot because we didn't know any Laos.

A very comfortable hotel. Staffs are very welcoming, and responsive. The first time I arrived to hotel, the receptionist staff directly explained about all the interesting places and some restaurants that we should try. I will also review completely about this hotel in my traveling blog, dcatqueen.

Good price and clean. Convenient to Talat Sao (about 5 minute walk) and bus station (about 10 minute walk). Breakfast buffet was good, even had a omelette bar. Main complaint was ants on the desk area. Fridge was small, couldn't hold much more than their mini-bar items. Staff were friendly and spoke English.

Had a great 2 day stay here. The room was really big and the staff are very friendly. They have a pool and a small gym. The best part was the breakfast which has some great selections and lots of fruits. Definitely one of the better hotel breakfast I’ve had.

Boutique hotel with friendly reception.
Small and nice swimming pool with street view on 2nd floor.
Buffet breakfast is quite good. Room is clean and comfort with elevator.

We had very unpleasant experience at the hotel. Reserved for three nights. Checked in as planned and was immediately disappointed at our room as well as the hotel itself. We decided to check out and was told specifically at the reception that they would not charge the room fee, only to find out that they went to charge our credit card for the full three-day stay without even informing us. Very unprofessional and inappropriate.

About the hotel itself: There was a construction at part of the hotel building which makes it noisy and dusty. Air con in our room seems it would take 3 hours before it could help cool down the temperature. The white wall in the room has stains on it everywhere, and the safe with fingerprint function sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The hotel stands next to a giant street which brings a lot of noise and is quite far out from the centre of Vientianne.

The hotel is classified as a hotel boutique but it does offer more. Not all staff speak good English. The room offers a Jacuzzi.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room 219 was clean, spacious with OK furnishing. Room is right next to service room and thus a bit noisy. Shower was great, but drainage issues flooded water in rest of bathroom. Breakfast was good. Gym is basic, but enough for a decent workout. Pool was clean. Most umbrellas were broken though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most front desk people spoke good English.

Hotel is clean and decent value. It was super loud in the morning. There was drilling, and some staff just walked into the room to put up cost hangars despite being repeatedly told to come back later. Ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel reception that showed up 25m late - unclear as to who's fault that is. It's probably usually better, we just happen to have a couple of hangups during our visit.
