Best place in the country. Skip tje falls and come here, very special and for a good cause too. Felt like a fairytale and was full of some of tje most beautiful butterflies you'll sure to see all around

Great place to look at and learn about butterflies. Also has an amazing little cafe with a koi pond and an overall pleasant relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an afternoon coffee. Close to the falls, so easy to drop by if you are going there. Plus, proceeds go to a good cause!

The place is absolutely amazing. Perfect time is from 12 till 2 because the butterflies come out then when the sun is at the highest. This was told to us by the stuff that works at the place. They are very helpful and they know alot about the butterflies that live in the park. They also have a fish spa something you should try. The place is so peaceful that you can just sit and relax not worrying about anything else except the butterflies. It won't take you long to see all you need is about an hour or even less if you not a big butterfly fan. Very educational experience.

Wonderful place. Totally worth the time. Friendly dedicated volunteers meet you and show you the lifecycle of a butterfly. Got some great pics walking through the grounds. They even have a spot where you can sit and put your feet in the brook and let the little fishes nibble at the dead skin on your soles. Finally at the end a delicious latte and home made apple cinnamon pound cake to die for relaxing in their cafe.

Very nice place. They offer a lot of information about the butterflies. In the dry season not many butterflies but during the summer they have more.

A wonderful place that allows you to get a opportunity to see butterflys in close detail. A tour is included in the price that will give you details about butterflys you didn't know. It also has projects that improve the education of local children. Worth visiting of you are at the waterfalls. Only 300 metres down the hill or you could get your driver to drop you off as it's on the same road out.

Relaxing place after hiking around the waterfall.
The small restaurant/café serves a lunch menu and cake/drinks and is great to sit an chill for a bit.
The butterfly park itself has a few thematic gardens, its own bit of the waterfall, and a large exclosure with numerous different types of butterflies all year round.

This is an excellent place to go after or before you hit the waterfalls. Trust me, it is a worthwhile detour. To give you some context, I would rate this higher than any butterfly park in South East Asia (including Singapore or KL). This remarkable facility is run by some very friendly foreigners who support the education of butterflies to the local community. Children enjoyed learning the various stages of development and watching the butterflies (more than 30-80 species) flutter around them - even a few landing on their heads. Do give this place a chance. It is completely worth it.

Absolutely wonderful! Could not have had a better time. Well worth the trip. East stop on the way back from the Falls. They also have a simple cafe with food and beverage.
