One of best hotel in Vientiane, Laos. Good atmosphere. Some of the place have lots of mosquitos except that. I enjoy it a lot

Almost perfect. There's wear and tear on property and lack basic maintenance.

Good landscaping and room is decent butt this is more pricier. Breakfast buffet is probably the highlight aside from landscaping.

First impression--beautiful. But then our air didn't work. They did come and fix it but it still took a long time to cool off. The front clerk seemed less than happy to be there but the bell boys and van driver where great. The pool is gorgeous. But traveling all day to come into a hot room left a bad taste our mouth especially with two boys 2 and 5

Mainly rating it on the pool experience. So far, the best pool for swimming laps that I have come across in Vientiane. While it wasn't overly clean, the temperature was good and it was very long. The area was also really nice. It cost 65,000 kip for a swim.

Nice hotel, big rooms and comfy beds pleasant view across gardens to Mekong river, nice pool but very much up market and pricy, staff helpful but reserved, it is an easy 25 minute walk along a well lit riverside path to the city centre. Note a large multi story extension is currently being built to one side which dwarfs the hotel in height and is yet to appear on goggle!, construction may be noisy. We stayed at Christmas and the place was empty,

Can see they spent some money to build this place attempting to make a different. Still need fine tunes. Lots of room for improvement.
