  No complaints and staff handled several special requests without any issue. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. Awesome location near great restaurants and sights. I won't stay anywhere else in Vientiane.

  Very helpful and courteous staffs. Superb location tucked away from main road leads to Mekong river night market and Chinatown. Clean and luxury boutique hotel with spacious room. Well stocked amenities, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good with both local and western styles. Free airport transfers both ways were awesome!
  Highly recommended while in Vientiane.
  Tips: Ask for a high floor balcony room if possible. The restaurant Musaik on the right side of hotel is very good and quiet, serves very good local and western food! Popular among locals and Thais. Next to all restaurants and convenient stores! And the Champa massage nearby opens till 10.30pm is clean and good too.

  Lovely hotel! A bit overpriced, but fantastic service and a great breakfast offered from 6-10 am. Wi-Fi in some rooms can be spotty

  Nice old-world hotel in a classic colonial style. The staff were very nice - but weren't that up to speed on information about town.
