windowless rooms !!!
Considering the cost, for a guest house, I was expecting more and more from the correct site that sold me the room.
Attracted by the pictures I booked through Agoda.
We found ourselves in a small, claustrophobic room with fake windows that looked out onto a wall!
I find it very unfair not indicate in their reservation !!
Camere senza finestre!!!
Considerando il costo, per una guest house, mi aspettavo di più e più correttezza dal sito che mi ha venduto la camera.
Atratto dalle foto ho prenotato tramite Agoda.
Ci siamo ritrovati in un camera piccola e clausofoba, con finte finestre che davano su un muro!
Trovo molto scorretto non indicarlo nella prenotazione!!

Management are professional and very friendly. Lots of Japanes tourist while I was there. Rooms are clean. Didn't eat their breakfast as I always go to the Benneton. Will stay there again.

This is the second time, i've stayed here - and i'll definitely come back again.
Staff is courteous , rooms are nice and clean. They have buffet style breakfast which includes - rice porridge, bread , egg / ham / sausages, fruit juice, fresh fruits, coffee. Internet is available in rooms, using a login based wifi distribution system they have (which can be annoying at time as the thing logs you out if you idle for too long).
But heck, its worth what you pay for. I come here for work, and its a perfect spot to bunk for the night.response / report this review -

Came in for one night as part of a visa run, as my friend recommended this place. Construction noise on my floor, a really uninspired breakfast, fake orange juice, no milk and two Chinese guests with no manners ruined it for me. This amount of money should get you a better stay!

It was okay. Bathroom is dirty and all the curtains are MOLDY. The A/C was spitting out ice and the pipe covered in a layer of it. Breakfast gave us intestinal illness. They aren't great at communication. After being stuck in mud on bus there, we arrived late next morning past check-in and they apparently assumed we would stay extra night (free) but we didn't know this so left on our original leave day. Also we asked about late check out but they refused after 1330. It was only after we checked out that they communicated about our extra night, at which point they had already inconvenience our walking tour by our needing to return by 1300. Vientiane isn't amazing anyway.
