  Basic but good clean accommodation at a reasonable price the rooms are a good size with a balcony and reasonable bathroom/ shower however the beds are on the firm side / fairly hard for sleeping, fine if you like firm beds or only staying a short period the hotel has a cafe / coffee shop situated next to reception the food is good and again reasonably priced

  Clean, spacy rooms, friendly staff ready to help you anytime (in English, Thai and Lao), good location between Thai Consulate and city center. Able to pay in Thai baht (and get chance in Thai baht too, if available).

  Became sick because of the food in the restaurant. Also, we had to pay in cash, but the cash machines nearby were out of order. Other than that, the Room was nice.

  I've stayed in Aura Residence for 6months !
  
  kind, friendly and very nice staffs !
  And all rooms are clean and gorgeous.
  Plus, foods are great awesome !
  I do recommend! If you came to savannakhet, you should stay in Aura Residence !
  Plus, everyday, you can see quite good sunset in the hotel room!

  Comfortable visa trip hotel, 1.3km walk to to the Thai consulate or 2.5km to the night market. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke good English.
  Can use Thai baht to pay. Good cafe/restaurant though if you want cold milk with your breakfast you have to say so!!
