One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible value, the rooms are enormous and clean with own bathroom, fridge, and aircon. Free water, coffee and tea all the time and a basic but tasty fried egg and baguette breakfast each morning is included. Tucked away & quiet but an easy walk to the Old Quarter and some more good dining and other bars.

Don't belive all the reviews. Got there 1st room shower not working. 2nd room toilet leaking. 3rd room just not clean. Thank god I paid no deposits.

Cozy place with a kind and helpful staff! Helping us get to bus station. Free breakfast, free water, big rooms.
In room #8 at third floor was weak WiFi signal.
But you can use balcony or living room.
Definitely come back at next time!👍

If there is one place i will always stay in Savannakhet it is Joli Guest House. Big clean rooms, perfect breakfast and such an amazing family who run this establishment. A hidden gem but worth the stay. Oh and its super affordable as well.

very nice guest house with very friendly hosts. central location but still very quiet. the breakfast bread and eggs were excellent and for free by the way. rooms are good, everything was working fine and it was very clean. free water bottles. and all that for a very low price. i will definitely come again.

Newly built nice house. Clean big rooms. Friendly owner. Only basic English. Very good price for what you get. Paid 100000 kip including breakfast.

Clean rooms, with AC and good toilets. You get free breakfast and coffee on tap. Also 10 minutes walk from night market as well as local 7/11 and motorbike shop which is Handy.

Just a small gem in middle of Savannakhet. Family run cozy home style place. Very quiet and clean. 400THB/100000LAK. Pretty fast wi-fi and included breakfast with fresh baguettes and fried egg. 5 min walking to the '7 shop' situated on a street with lots of other shops and famous Lao Filled up Baguettes and Lao Beers. Open common space for breakfast and evening meeting is also very nice. So the place is highly recommended. It's a bit far from Thai Embassy but one way tuk-tuk costs 20000LAK. Just show the business card to driver. Check-in and out time are flexible and 'up to you' as the owner said. Enjoy your staying here!

Great place. Extremely clean big rooms the owner is so kind and helpful. Speaks great English and french. Close to the main cafes etc and you can negotiate a cheap price!

I had amazing experience staying at this place. Owners are very kind, friendly and hospitable, so I felt myself as at home. Location is also perfect, there are cafes and local stalls just nearby.

Very clean and friendly. Rooms are big, has a fridge and breakfast provided with coffee/tea provided throughout the day. Very good value for money and walking distance to main street and riverfront.

I stay there for 7 night's. The stuff is really nice and helpful. The room was really clean and big fridge was inside. Also tv and air con so as fan. It's quite place and you can really relax. So i recommend to all ppl who wanna sleep and relax in chip nice place.

Been travelling for 6 weeks through SE Asia now and this is my favourite place so far. I second everything the rest of the 5 star reviews have said. The lovely lady who runs the place is reminiscent of a fairytale grandmother, so accomodating! 10/10.

Read the reviews, couldn't agree more. They treat you like family, English is manageable, quiet, secure, ultra-clean, secure parking, ..and everything works! Should be rated as a four-star hotel.

Easily the best I have experienced in Laos (so far) Away from the busy and noisy main road, you can enjoy your own setting on the air-con, have a hot shower and (truly) enjoy a restful stay. Free breakfast and coffee, (big) Fridge, free bottled water (etc) Huge rooms, EVERYTHING you need.

..and no, I'm not being paid This one is tops.
