Very bad service, all most every one who works here is after your money. Also I did notice discrimination about race. Staff at this hotel wants to bend over for white race and thorws attitude to others. Very bad service, staff is just unhappy at this hotel and making other's life unhappy also. Water dripping from ceiling, walls are damaged, dirty tables, chair are damaged.

Basic but does what you need it to. Room was so hot though and Air Con didn't seem to kick in, just pumped out more hot air so ended up turning it off.

About 30 minutes drive from Airport, rooms are neat and nice, very good breakfast. Better to arrange your own taxi 🚕, if you ask the staff to call the taxi, will have to pay twice more ;) recommend 🙌

I stopover in Almaty for 18 hours. I booked Almaty Holiday Inn room just for 2 dollars. Thank you Astana Airlines. Hotel was nice and comfortable. In the morning open buffet breakfast was good. It was different type of breakfast for me. Some similar with Turkish breakfast. But if you have stopover flight in Almaty, coming to Holiday Inn hotel coukd be some hard. From airport you need to get a bus and near an hour need to spend in the bus than you have to walk around 20-25 min for arrive to hotel.

I stayed there couple days for a business trip.First impression caught my eyes that staff especially front desk they were super friendly and they were very helpfull and efficient.This hotel and managment is superior.Two thumbs up!

Feeling like at home, they have all types of pillows in each room,it's really awesome. If you need a firm or soft one, preferrable material you need, syntgetic ,natural down or feather and of course antu-allergic. And also here in breakfast time you enjoy their great playlist.
