Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in a good neighborhood. Friendly staff. I stayed there for a week on a businesstrip enjoyed my stay.

This is my 2 second stay in this hotel after 2 years since my first one Excellent location, good breakfast, comfortable and well equipped room, stable Wi-Fi, cleanliness all these makes this hotel my first choice in Almaty. Honestly, haven't tried other local hotel but don't want to risk. If I stay in a different local hotel, then it has to be international 5 star hotel.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in a very good neighborhood. Attentive and friendly staff. I stayed a week and was very happy with the hotel.

We spent the whole weekend without hot water, which was very disappointing. We told reception twice, but nothing changed, and in neither case was an apology given. I would think some kind of discount or concession would be appropriate in such cases. It would make me think twice about coming back again.

Excellent housekeeping and laundry services. Front desk is quick and efficient. Breakfast buffet has nice variety and taste. Internet is outstanding. My only problem was the shower water which started out lukewarm and by the end of my 5 day stay it was pretty icy. The staff told me it was a citywide problem, so I really have nothing to fault the hotel for.

I like the futuristic design of the rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Rather a good place to stay but you'll suffer from the pollution as the hotel is in the center of the city at a very busy crossroad. Otherwise, all is good. However the google marker is not correct. The hotel is 500 meters to the south from the current marker, don't get mislead therefore
