WORST HOSPITAL EVER SPECIALLY FOR CHILD CARE!! Doctor was not helpful very vague! Keep in mind she was the head of the department. Laboratory, very rude literally asked for a specimen container for my son to quickly leave home and was ignored. Waste of money and health care. Going to another hospital because this hospital was a waste of time and could not do their job!

Worst experience ever, they care only for charging people money and last thing they would care about is the service, government hospitals are better and more recommended.

I visited a doctor Foad for 3 mins and he asked me to make some tests and come back on Monday which is 8 days, I made the tests spot and came back on Monday, unfortunately the doctor was not available due to a surgery and they said that I need to come back the other day. When I came the other day. They asked to charge my insurance again, when I said how come? you already charged for 3 mins visit, they said the charge goes to the insurance. A letter rip off that i got to witness.

The doctor saw me waiting for him, he spoke to the nurse and decided not to see me because I refused the charges on my insurance for the sick of fairness.

I asked my file and tests so I can take them to another hospital for a different doctor, they advised me to come back after 7-10 days, I said that I had infection. The answer was the same.

Do not go to urology in Taiba, it is not good especially their services and Doctor Foad

Been going here for a few years. The doctors in some of these departments are ok, but the administrative side is a complete mess. Sometimes appointments are canceled or late or been scheduled with a doctor who is actually on vacation.

Nurses here are generally nice and amazing.

Unfortunately recently, this hospital completely missed an important diagnosis for me which required me to go into the public healthcare system. Would not recommend this hospital from now on.

These pictures sums it all !! It is 12:47 pm and trying to admit a patient for surgery .. the room has no opened window and patient is already depressed due to her medical condition. I was advised to talk to the patient experience personnel and that is how patient experience office look like at noon !!! System is down. Nothing organized. If you can avoid dealing with this hospital please do !

Update .. dudes in the admission office helped and moved us to a bigger room finally!

To be honest poor services and non skilled reception. We came at 11.45pm and it was emergency. we open file for 35kd and waiting for doctor 55 minute.
At least doctor accept us and recomend us to buy panadol. This is all my expirience from Taiba hospital. I hope i will never come and not recomend anyone

First time I went to the hospital they charge me 35 dinars to open the file. I went another time they charge me 25 dinars because I haven’t been there within the year so I paid . I went there yesterday and I haven't been for four months they want to charge me 35 dinars again to see the doctor I went to the supervisor they said all the all hospitals are like this .. which is not true . Very unprofessional . unbelievable. every time you see a doctor there is some sort of fee . Price chart .. . Fees . These private hospitals need to be govern

I am the only customer for Xray but the Dr. Is having a break with his colleague and not available to write the report for me. More than 30 minutes waiting only till Dr. finished his speech.

Very, very poor service. Administrative staff are hopelessly inept and indifferent. They didn’t even have in their system that I’d received a procedure on my back just 3 days ago. I am here for the follow-up and I had to argue with the witless men at the ortho reception desk for 10 minutes to convince them that I was actually here 3 days ago. (They wanted me to pay to see the doctor again.)

AND the hospital is extremely expensive. The procedure I received was DOUBLE the price than at the Royale Hayat, a much, much nicer hospital. They will also pump you full of unnecessary drugs in order to run up the bill.

I could go on but I’ll leave it there for now. Whatever you do, AVOID this hospital. It is truly a disgrace to the medical profession.

I arrived at 9 and they had no valet, although we had an emergency case. We needed to get an X-ray done and they did not prioritize emergency situations, made us wait 30 minutes for an X-ray although the hospital was empty! Extremely tiny hallways, very slow administration, they kept hitting the wheelchair on doors and walls although and did not sympathize with the patient who had broken bones. After we were done they kept the patient in the hallway outside the doctors office since the wheelchair does not fit in the tiny doctors office. The place is understaffed and extremely inefficient. I will never go Taiba Hospital again!
