Something missing. No different than others. Indifference. Instead of telling their features, it is better to ask what the customer wants before enumerating theirs. They seem bent focussing on best resale value rather than the options offered for the price. Self centeredness rather than customer centeredness a value that is against Toyota's beliefs.

Plenty to see and explore. But the level of professionalism the salespeople have is to the extent of a used car dealership trying to sell you a lemon. Toyota sells itself. This dealership is better off silencing their staff to factual responses since they lack the training and etiquettes of maintaining consumer engagement/interest.

Sales staff were not friendly, cars presented were without gear shifter handle, audio knobs also found missing, i am not sure what was the reason for that,

Gave it the 4th star being the only dealership that opens on fridays as far as i know. No idea about other dealers i'm sure there are others. Customer service & reception is good overall, place is spacious and waiting room accommodates with hot drinks and magazines/newspaper can't complain 😊👍
