Honda service nicely orgnized service center where you can do the service and wait in the waiting area where you can watch your car being repaired for you and have massage sofas for free and there is also a children playground so if you have your kids with you its okay!

The place is well organized but the worker give you feeling your car need to much work and the suggesti some spare parts which already fin and no need to change . But the want cost you more and sale more car wishing not good

The worst customer service ever, trying to robe you while playing dump.

The first time they have broken my windows switches I tried to them about it , they said that it is not their fault. It costed me 50 KD to replace what they have broke

The second time ,
People who works inside doesn't know how the procedures work, I have told them that my spare part for my AUX have arrived and I am here to pick it up, they told me to take a number and wait, after waiting and my turn is just the next one, the employee was discussing the history of the Honda with the client for exactly 15 min while I showed him that I am upset and I am the only one who is waiting.

I have stepped in and asked do I have to wait in the queue to get my spare part that I already paid for it ?? Then he stood up and guided me from where shall I take it.

I asked if they can fit it up for me and they wanted to charge 35 kd for replacing the AUX claiming that it will take 3 hours to replace, after arguing with them I decided to replace it outside the agency for 5 KD and it took exactly 15 min.

Seriously Honda 30 KD difference? For something that takes minutes ??

Nothing really makes me go back to them anymore except for spare parts, this is going to be my last Honda as well.

Congratulations you have just lost one customer.
