Individual must hold a civil ID card in Kuwait I submitted my documents for address change and got my civil ID within 2 days you should check the status online in the Paci website, the amount has to be paid in advance only after that they will print your card. card collection is very simple you should insert your old card and you will get a new card as per the machine number shown online.

It takes generally 20-30 minutes to collect new civil Id,if replacing/renewal if you know machine number within 5 minutes.

Applied for Civil ID from this Office through envelope. Its very difficult to understand Arabic language for new non resident of Kuwait.

80% of communication is only in Arabic Language ! Why cant they put up helpdesk inside office who can also coordinate in English.

If you are new, I would suggest to go with known family member or known person or atleast with a broker who can do paper work on behalf of you, dont blindly go there

Any one who applies for civil id, kindly note your bar code no on envelope, Also if you are staying with your parents or friends or family. They need to take rental agreement with original signatures on that form, civil id of your friend whose address is registered and their signature in form mandatory.

I applied for civil ID through E-envelope system. I dropped E-envelope in the machine and waited for 6-7 working days when finally they updated on the website to make 5KD online payment and next day I obtained the Civil ID from here. Could be better if they update something from the time when somebody drops the envelope in machine. Also, quite crowded.

One can get a prompt response, if he has no documentation problem. As a govt. Entity, it's service is better. Anyone can get help from it's stuffs.

Most crowded place if you do not know how to use the machine system.
They are improving their system at very nice rate. hope in future it will very flexible with timings.
