  I was very disappointed with GAC Kuwait. I moved my whole house from kuwait to dubai in two containers. I had a few quotes and chose them although they were more expensive as I believed they would manage the piano move best. However, My grand piano was damaged. My handmade pottery set was broken as they did not bubble wrap it they just wrapped it in white paper. An antique rug was lost. An antique table was chipped. Some of the goods were so poorly packed with breakage in a few boxes. There was a clear difference in the packing as some boxes bubble wrapped some not. Clearly some trained staff and some not? Not recommended.

  Understood from Dutch embassy GAC is by far the best removal company in Kuwait. They had fantastic experience when a deceased person had to repatriated. GAC knows very well the Kuwaiti bureaucracy, which is essential, but should not be taken for granted with other removal companies. Recently GAC arranged that our belongings were packed and put on transport to Holland. It all went perfectly well. They even know how to handle a heavy grand piano! This is really a company westeners, less familiar with the Kuwaiti procedures, can count on. Great apprecialtion for friendly and professional people like Vincent, Gehan and Filip! Highly recommended!
