WORST CLINIC EVER! I will never return. Unwelcoming and unapologetic people working in the clinic from receptionist to call center and Dental Dr all Big X mismanagement in booking appointment rude tone while speaking to patient and what not no wonder the clinic is so quiet Better to go to a government clinic than invest money here to be treated this way.

I visited Dr. Babu ENT specialist. Firstly the reception lost my file and it took ages for them to bring it up. Finally when I got to meet the doctor, he didn't say a word nor did he ask what my complaint was and straight away started his examination. Later when I got a chance to tell him what my problem was, he didn't seem to care much and wrote down 8 tests which seemed unrelated and unnecessary. The tests were expensive too.. all of them came back normal and in my second visit he had nothing to say about all normal tests. My problem is still unresolved. These doctors get a commission on every test they write so they are very generous while asking for tests to be done. 100% won't recommend going to this clinic, especially to the ENT doctor BABU!

Since it is one of the renowned ENT Clinics in Kuwait, I went to Dar Al Saha Polyclinic for my throat problem, Dr. Babu Thomas helped throughout the time and now I am feeling very good. I rate this clinic high and suggest it for others too.

**A very good clinic in Jeleeb Al-Shuyoukh They have well experienced staff especially doctor and staff nurse**
Clinic building well-furnished and wall painted. The good thing is location of building we can see and enter from main road with free parking and they have pharmacy also. With good lab **
All type of insurance card we can use***
from the starting of this clinic I am visiting there especially for my kids. Doctors fee is reasonable***
only thing is some Doctors have big Q****

Absolutely the worst polyclinic. The reception doesn't even make eye contact when they talk to you, the maintenance of the facility itself is questionable, doesn't meet the standards of a healthcare facility. Everything is just terrible. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there unless you have no other option and are really desperate. Utterly disappointing.
