Irresponsible, they ask you for a wide time bracket to collect and do not show up. I had to follow up and get aggravated given the poor service. Not again.

if there is any less than 0 start rating, this company is like that only. i have booked the material from hongkong to kuwait. and they have diverted the material to some other country. now i am chasing the customer care, only reply sir we are working on it, if i say how much it will take. they say no idea means infinite time u will be wait for your material and after some time forget it. every time they say we will call you but no one turned up. now i have crossed more than 23 days. no solution. only advise to other people . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. OTHER WISE THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY AND TIME BOTH.

Very bad experience, first didn't pick the item on allotted date second didn't delivered on time(still waiting for my product), Customer service is also not helpful, driver didn't make any call. Overall frustrated and very disappointed.

It's cheap but you need to endure headache and make back and forth calls with customer service , 3 days mean 1.5 week
I am believe that there service have a problems inside there system so branch in A country have not synchronies there data with another !!
Also they have a problem with handling the customer duty clearance like the sender paid it and every thing is okay from the sender end, they will remain ask the receiver more than once and nock his door to payresponse / report this review -

Where is the 00000 star rating? If there is 0 ⭐️ I'm sure I will give 5 0 to this company! First, with the delivery service driver. Before delivery should contact their customer. Not to deliver the goods immediately without contacting. Second, the over charges cost, where are they came from? What are those over charges to customer that they are charging without showing any original invoice? TNT do you think that only you dealing in express courier all over Kuwait?

The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with shipping company. I was calling them for three days to convince them to deliver my shipment. I recommend not to use TNT for your shipping services.
