Bad management, staff unaware of rules, half of the instructors are terrible.
Everything there exists to suck your money. Need official paper? 50kd. Need to print colored? 10kd. Arbitrary fees for random things as well, ex. applying + graduating = extra 150kd (atop the original 700kd) because that means you are a "new student".
Many times the staff are absent for hours and you have to come every day for a week to find them. Do not expect to get a reply from your adviser or anyone of the sort. In my 4 years as an ACK student, they have NEVER picked up the phone and rarely answered the email.
A lot of the computers in the labs or library do not work and are very slow. They charge 2500kd per semester but never fix anything broken. The air conditioning in the top floor of building 4 does not work. Parking lot can be considered a shelled-battlefield from WW1 (RIP @ your car)response / report this review -
