They’re so helpful guys even on phone last time they add my code manually., I wouldn’t go for some else. Great timing but little late as 2off days internationally! They pick up the phone instantly also.

Straight tot he point
Cons:
1- Its takes 48 hrs after the shipment is delivered to show up on your mail box. (So if you pay extra to the supplier for fast shipping ex.overnight, you'll be delayed 2 days for it to show in the app, then 24 hrs after you consolidate to start the shipping process).
2- Customer service are friendly but no experience on retaining customers.
3- Confusing app
4- Picking up the shipment (Never tried the drop off service) , The company is located in a busy and tight area.

Pros:
1- Available app on the phone.
2- Detail price breakdown was available (shipping, Custom and paperwork charges)

By far the worst courier service. You literally have to beg them to deliver your package that you paid for!!!!
Apologies do not expedite delivery nor will they enhance your quality of service (you'll realize that by just looking at the previous reviews). I have been talking to your customer service for 5 days, 4 times per day, and all I receive is "we put a request at the warehouse. We'll get back to you once we receive a feedback." You lack internal communication/coordination/follow-up between your departments!!

The worst! I'm back to Aramex and UPS, they maybe more pricy but at least they actually deliver your shipments! Even my bank card is lost with posta plus!!!

This service is impossible for someone that works and has a life. They will not leave your package outside your apartment, even if you have already paid. Aside from that, customer service is not helpful and gives conflicting information- yes, they'll leave the package; no, they can't leave the package - which is it it? They need to allow scheduled delivery times for this service to be successful and for me to use it again. Looks like I'm going back to Borderlinx, even if it is slightly more expensive. This headache is not worth saving a few kd.
UPDATE: I have added a couple stars because Posta Plus has worked out to be the better shipping service to Kuwait. HOWEVER, you still need someone to be at your house or have a doorman to receive packages as they will not be left outside your apartment. Borderlinx is just so expensive. Posta Plus has at least never lost any of my packages, even if it is a hassle at times.

I had a delivery to Kuwait. I received a call 5 days before that they going to deliver it on same day. I have received a message as well. Even after 5 days no calls or response. I tried to contact their customer care but no answer. The worst service ever !

Never ever fall for the price tag or the discounts. They are usually cheap . Late. And in accurate with their times/dates. Oh and if you have high hopes for buying batteries packs and other lithium battery based packed devices (power banks) DONT ! They ship it only one time per month . So if you order you will have to wait until their next shipping time which can be from 2 weeks (if you're lucky) to a month . Plus 7 working days for customs releases. And another 3-5 days to be delivered to their box in the USA . So 5 +30+7 that's 42 days . In my case it took 65 days. So yea just don't do it .

We have been forced to use Posta Plus because our items were being shipped through them. Both times we had delivery updates saying 'out for delivery'. We stayed home entire days for each situation with our phones right beside us only to see the website updated with 'Recipient unavailable' after 5pm. Their phone line closes then so there is no way to find out why on earth it was updated that way when we know for a fact no one ever showed up. Packages were delayed by atleast a week each time. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Ridiculous.

Would Not Recommend To Anyone. ordered a Shoe Via Adidas UAE , Shoe was Expected to arrive between 4-5 days , Postaplus Took 8 days , Driver Comes Outside at 11am when no one is home , i tell them to arrange delivery for afternoon , driver still comes in the morning , After the driver comes in the morning i call them to tell the driver to come back , the driver refuses to come until the next day and they cycle continues, Phone Lines Stay Unanswered For Long Periods of Time , extremely unprofessional as the driver did not even call me when he was outside , what a waste of money postaplus is absolutely unreal.

If someone wants faster delivery, please go and pay the unbelievable shipping rates for other shippers . PostaPlus has a really convenient delivery time compared to its cheap price rates.
