  I went in for to report a traffic accident. When I started talking to the 8 officers at reception, they said in English ‘This is Kuwayt. Talk in Arabic.’ When I told them I couldn’t they told me to go get someone who could and come back or they wouldn’t help me. ??? And they were so rude about it. When I stared at them in disbelief, he looked back at me and said ‘What you want? Go!’ Such a contrast to Dasma where they were polite and helpful. Don’t drive in Salmiya because if someone hits you, this is what you’ll have to deal with.
