Worst Airlines they never respect passengers(especially Asians). No proper Guidelines or Check-ins at airport. Flight schedules are changed/cancelled suddenly without other passenger friendly alternatives. Recently change and cancellation charges are increased too much. Now a days, at their website , multi city ticket price is two to three times higher than round trip fares, but agents can provide Multi city tickets at the price of one round trip fare. Anything they ask you to go for Kuwait airways office, nothing can be done over phone. But other airlines can do anything over phone. Modification or Change charges and cancellation charges are not fixed , their staffs sitting in front of computer can do manipulate rules to get more money out of your pocket. Too much rough staffs. Last but not the least, their working time is like other private or k companies working time 9 am to 3 pm. If you want to visit for any changes or any issues then you have to take permission from your office to go there. Useless working time. This is the only airlines in the world has such a ridiculous working hours especially in Kuwait.
