  So bad after buying the car , register it and before receiving it they told me there’s a problem with the computer of the car and it takes one month to get fixed, when I request refund it takes 3 weeks to get the chq from them . Worst company in Kuwait with the worst service 👎🏽

  I visited the showroom couple of month earlier to check what they have new and to see if they received the 2018 models , salesman was really nice and he helped a lot , showroom is not new but well maintained. Today i was really impressed in Avenues mall to see the C300 Cabriolet on display i took a shot and add it to my album on Google Map.

  The sales staff seem as if they don't care about selling their merchandise
  The first time I was there nobody came to talk to me even after sitting inside one of their cars for 15min
  The second time I was there 3 of the sales men where extremely rude.. I went to audi and got a care there instead

  Bad experience ever,
  
  Unprofessional attitude by the reception guy at 7:45am Saturday shift on 18 November.
  
  Service advisor trying to rob you off for everything , unbelievable attitude, unrealistic prices!!
  
  Moreover they try to find anything to end your service contract, my service ends at 100K and my car just reached 63K, but they claim that its not necessary to follow this limit as they said!!
  
  Never buy a car from them, and go to other car dealers.
  
  I would never buy anything from them.

  No doubt that Mercedes-Benz carries itself seriously by offering good quality luxurious cars. However, Albisher rises the price for most of the cars for up to 40% than the original price in Germany, in Europe, or North America. Manipulating prices in this way makes it an unfair game.

  This review is for the service workshop only:
  They ask you to book for an appointment two to three weeks in advance. Their prices are exaggerated, and their employees are not happy in their workplace.
  
  They are very busy because they keep selling cars regardless of their service workshop capacity.
  
  Whatever they quote you should be reduced by 2/3, not to mention the extra time u will have to waste going back and forth.
