Before you get there, make you have your ID and 3.50KD in cash with you. They charge you 1KD for stamp at the stamp machine (make sure you have 1KD bill, the machine doesn't change). Then the official sent me to a room inside the building. The guy in the room asked me for 2.5KD for no matter what the reason. I came out with a piece of paper has some handwriting number on it, and took it to the counter to claim my mail. I assumed this 2.5KD is the corrupted money for them.

Worst service ever, they used to lose and damage my packages every time i have a shipment. usually you don't find anyone working there they suddenly disappear to no where. When you find an employee (hopefully) the only thing he can do for you is to track your shipment using their system. pay more use different courier service.

I don't know why it's called EXPRESS mail service

When the real thing is WORST mail service

- Too many steps for collecting the mail
- very slow process for finishing the required paperwork
- need to pay 2 times while the normal mail is just once and MUCH CHEAPER
- The worst part is they are NOT responsible for the damage items + no refunds system or atleast a claiming system

And still no better for the last 4 years

Aramex, DHL & POSTAPLUS IS VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED

Still waiting for mail sent to us in October. It's now March. No one can help us at this post office without a tracking number!!! Furthermore they apparently can't guide us on what to do. Terrible postal service in this country!!!! Shameful!

Representative is very Good and fast service though it was send by door to door,

May i know the status of my parcel?. I track and its showing 12th of June arrived here in kuwait .. And i am waiting for the call of agent but until now nobody call me regarding this matter.. In my origin country i pay the shipping fee and my supplier said it will delivered in my address here in kuwait! i keep calling the number of Ems post office nobody answer ! what kind of transportation /agent service this company ! you people only receiving the money of your customer and your not giving proper services!I am so very disappointed, but not surprised by the service they've shown us. Not only do they fail to deliver on what they advertise, but they also have poor customer service. If you're considering sending anything, I strongly recommend that you use something other than EMS. It's a waste of time and money.

My parcel that i ned to be received is door to door but the personel in post office told me it must be for pick up. I was asking them if there's other option coz i cant go out to pick it up And they told me no delivery Yah its fine but the hell of them i was talkng and theyll drop the call Its a post office ull receive parcel internationally ur personel must know how to speak English coz its so stupid for those personel who didn't have a good customer service to drop a call to the customer Pls orient them that without those people who's sending and people wholl receiving the parcel they dont have a job and a salary to be received Thanks.

I paid expensive shipping fee from the origin country and then the worst ever happened after almost 1 month before my package came and pick up, 1kd for the stamp,7kd for I don't know what is that for and then another 2.5kd payment!!!☹️10.5kd pay for processing before i take my package😢😢😢 Allah kareem🤚✋️ Worst courier ever☹️☹️☹️
