Very good service. Located in a prominent place of Mehboola. Most of the items for our household goods available under one roof. Courteous staff & too many offers makes it the perfect shopping centre.

Cashiers are not that great, i always drop by to buy some of basic necessity. And i always bag my own Groceries. Staffs have No sense of care for Customers. Bakala was more Customer Oriented and Consistent in my opinion, i feel like they always have a bad day. They should've blessed because they have a decent work and job compared to some of their nationalities.

Choose well your time to go there, I advice early in the morning or very late in the night or you will find yourself having difficulties to move around as the lines are very tight and you may spend a lot of time in queue to pay. For the rest it as everything for the daily basis and in the lower for also clothes and electrical equipment. Be aware that most of the times the prices are wrong.

I would say a blessing for me because it was just opened at that time when I was just two months old here in Kuwait and there were good places to go for your daily needs. But after opening of This supermarket, easily availability of almost every daily use product has been more easy for me. I would say my goodness. Although, branded products are still short of here but still there is not much demand of branded products as the locality of expats are in majority and they prefer for cheap things which is not available in branded. So its cool for everyone.

It's a super market with apparels, crockery, confectionery,vegetables, home appliances and mobile phone outlet to toiletries.

Shop has got heavy walk-ins , though peak time keeps changing from day to day across the week.
All nationalities visit the shop.The staffs are predominantly from Kerala and are always well behaved and properly groomed.

Though the price range comes better than LuLu hypermarket, there is a toll on the quality.

It's in the same typicall shopping complexes like other shopping complexes in Mahboula. Very very Conjusted place to shop..
Rates are attractive.
Good for workers and middle class.
Maintenance not so good.
Too much rush on Thursday and Friday.
You have to stay in a very big line for billing and wait for hrs.

I recommend going during early hours It is always jam packed with shoppers. So, if you're a bit of a socially anxious type, this may be the best time for you. Also, at these times, the fresh produce are good as you will be left with the left-overs as the ends. The aisles are a bit narrow, so its kinda hard to navigate your way around with your cart

Good selection of items for a store in Block 2. Can be crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. Elevators between floors are slow. It is better to use the stairs.

Shop is in three floors and is quite popular.
Positive - Pricing is reasonable. Parking space limited but not a problem at present.sales people helpful
Nagative - moving to different floor difficult as 2 lifts provided takes long time. Stairway needs to be notified.Exit point during emergencies not marked. Wheel chairs for use during emergencies needs to be provided.
