I made a large online purchase on the 3rd of June, but when my delivery arrived half the items were out of stock. I was told that the amount of the outstanding items would be refunded into my bank account. It is now 3 weeks later and still no refund. Petzone, are you hoping I’m going to forget about the money that is owed to me? Am I going to have to chase the money down and plead for it back?
Why is it that online shops in Kuwait are so quick to take money from us (even if there is no stock), but to get it back, we have to fight for it? I have always been a loyal customer to Petzone, but this will be the last time.response / report this review -

Pet supplies stores . They also do grooming and every 5 grooming u yet one for free . I buy all my bird foods and cat food from there as its convenient and price are really fair and reasonable. Staff are always friendly and welcoming also they have good selection of everything u need for your pets from cages to food and vitamins and care products as well . Awesome place for pet lovers
